Take Your Digital Service to Excellence To the Next Levet: Insights from Two Courageous Customers

There are plenty of digital services - but not quite as much excellence. That's the theme for our Case & Cocktails event on Friday, November 24.

When we talk about Digital Service Excellence, it's about ambition and the long haul. It's about moving from individual digital projects to a more long-term digital strategy, where the company's primary product is strengthened and made more valuable through continuous work on the digital side of customer service.

Sounds great, but how do you approach it when you also have to run a business with many customers, complex workflows, and numerous legacy systems? You can't just put everyday life on hold for 3 years while you clean up and build something new.

We've invited two ambitious clients with plenty of everyday challenges to tell us how they work towards their long-term ambition of standing out from competitors through digital service excellence.

Comwell has more than doubled its sales from its digital channels in 5 years and has a strong vision guiding the prioritization and development of the company's digital offerings. It's about automating boring routine tasks, reducing wait times, minimizing friction, and giving guests more freedom. And using the resources that are freed up to provide guests with individualized personal service they can remember and appreciate.

Domea, Denmark's largest management organization for social housing, is working to create Denmark's best digital resident service. Not just in the social housing sector - but in Denmark as a whole. How does that decision align with Domea's overall purpose and strategy? Why did Domea decide to drop the "industry solution" and go with their own project? What have they learned from the process - and does it pay off?
