      How do brands turn customer data into relevant cross-channel experiences?

      Customer data has become one of the most important building blocks in modern marketing. However, for many brands, data is still scattered across systems, channels, and touchpoints. Website, CRM, email, paid media, and offline data often each tell part of the story - but rarely the full picture.

      This is where a Customer Data Platform comes in.

      A CDP is a system that collects customer data from multiple sources, unifies it into a single profile, and prepares it for activation across marketing channels. This enables brands to build a 360° view of the customer, work toward a single “golden record,” and use data more effectively for segmentation, personalization, and product recommendations.
